RECOMMENDATIONS
- If you’re booking between November and April, be prepared for cloudy and rainy weather. Dressing appropriately for these conditions will ensure a more comfortable experience. The positive side of this season is that you’ll find the landscape lush and green.
- On the other hand, if you’re visiting during the dry season from May to October, expect deep blue, clear skies, strong sunlight, and drier landscapes. However, it tends to be colder in the mornings and after 5:00 pm, when the temperature drops.
- Depending on your chosen time, if you start in the morning, it’s best to wear light clothing, as the temperature tends to rise from 11 am to 3 pm with strong sunlight. In the afternoon, it’s recommended to bring warm clothing for the later hours of the tour.

If you’ve booked a group tour and the minimum requirement of 2 participants is not met, don’t worry—we are flexible and offer three options:- Upgrade to a private tour for a small additional fee.
- Reschedule your tour to an available date with a group.
- Receive a full refund for the tour.
- Special Requirements:
Please inform us in advance if you have any specific requests (e.g., airport pickup, special diets, birthdays, or physical conditions that may affect your experience).
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations in Advance:
If you cancel your reservation at least 7 days before the tour date, you’ll receive a 90% refund (a 10% administrative fee applies). - Cancellations 3 to 7 Days Before the Tour:
A 50% refund will be provided. - Cancellations with Less Than 3 Days’ Notice:
No refunds will be issued. - Modifications:
Tour date changes are allowed up to 7 days before the original date, subject to availability. - Company-Initiated Cancellations:
If we cancel the tour due to unforeseen circumstances, such as adverse weather, you’ll have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund. - No-Show Policy:
If you fail to show up on the tour date without prior notice, no refund will be provided.
